We recommend using our printable size guide. Most of our handsewn footwear runs true to size, but we suggest sizing down a half size for unlined shoes intended to be worn without socks.
Can my Rancourt & Co. shoes be resoled?
Yes, we offer a full refurbishment service. Our craftsmen can replace the outsoles, refresh the leather, and replace laces to extend the life of your footwear.
What is the lead time for Made-to-Order items?
Made-to-Order items typically take 4 to 6 weeks to handcraft and ship, as they are built specifically to your specifications in our Maine workshop.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using high-quality Venetian Cream for most leathers and a horsehair brush to remove dust. Always use cedar shoe trees to maintain the shape and absorb moisture.
